Goalie Army Academy Is Returning to the Ottawa West Golden Knights

We are pleased to announce that Goalie Army Academy is returning to the Ottawa West Golden Knights for the 2014-15 season in order to supply the local minor hockey association with goalie training, as well as provide consulting services to the Golden Knights coaches and executive through the evaluation process during their pre-season camp.

Goalie Army Academy’s Lead Instructor, Rick Besharah, has a history with the Ottawa West Golden Knights which stretches past the last four years of working with and coaching the association’s goaltenders, and into his own playing experience as a youth.

Maintaining a partnership with the Golden Knights to supply conditioning, consulting, and goaltender development training has become an extremely important objective to Goalie Army Academy due to Rick Besharah’s personal history with the association.  We couldn’t be happier to return for the 2014-15 hockey season, and we promise that we’ll make it a successful one filled with fun and interesting goaltender training.

Dates for the upcoming sessions with the Ottawa West Golden Knights association are as follows:

Pre-Season Goaltending Clinic

• Tuesday, September 2nd at Barbara Ann Scott arena
• Saturday, September 6th at Barbara Ann Scott arena

Goaltender Evaluations

• Sunday, September 14th at Barbara Ann Scott arena
